Our Reach Goes Beyond the Puget Sound
Twenty-one years ago, Solomon came to America from Gambia to become a nursing assistant and help his family back home. When Solomon approached the Meyer Medical Equipment Center with a chance to serve the people of West Africa, we were more than happy to do so.
For the past three years we have set Solomon up with wheelchairs, walkers and other medical equipment to distribute in Gambia homes and hospitals. Solomon delivered wheelchairs to individuals in the Jarumeh, Koto and Banni villages and to patients in the Kuntayr, Basee and Brikama hospitals.
Solomon told us about this experience, “Nurses, villagers and members of parliament thanked me. They told me they have been praying for a blessing like this and are so grateful that Bridge provided materials in our time of need. They promise to put everything they’ve been given to good use.”
“We are so thankful to Bridge Ministries for everything they’ve done for our people. God bless you all.”
