We’re (Still) Here for You: COVID-19 Pivots, Four Months Later

When COVID-19 began to affect our community, the Bridge team was determined to continue providing isolation-ending service to people with disabilities and got to work pivoting our services. From expanding delivery at the Meyer Medical Equipment Center (MMEC), to video “visitation” of Guardianship clients, many of our ministries are better than ever. Here’s what we’ve been up to:

None of this would have been possible without the Bridge community. Our supporters have made it possible for us to not only continue, but improve on our services during this time of increased need: providing advocacy and oversight for Guardianship clients, reaching out to our friends in isolation, and providing needed medical equipment to low-income people in our area.

Our work is far from done, and just as our services are more critical than ever, we need our the support of our community like never before. We hope you’ll support Bridge’s mission of ending isolation among people with disabilities (and have fun doing it!) by joining us for the first ever livestreamed Building Bridges Auction on September 19th at 7:00 pm, with bidding on select items opening on the 14th. To receive information on attending, including links to our livestream and auction page, please RSVP at:
